Where Is The Lighting Fixture Located?
A big question is whether you have an existing lighting fixture already overhead or not.
If there is an existing lighting fixture already installed, then most of the time we can simply swap it out for a new one.
Or
If there is no existing lighting fixture, then we can install new overhead lighting to a room that doesn't have any.

“Updating home lighting has got to be one of my favorite things to do as an electrician. Homeowners tend to be really excited about their new lighting being installed. Seeing their expressions when they turn on the new lighting fixture for the first time makes the job a lot more fun.”
