We’ve worked with Matthew 3 times now for fixture installations, bringing power to a crawl space, and a service upgrade and have been very pleased each time. Matt explained everything in a way that I could understand; he replaced non working outside sensor light with new light and replaced outside outlet which was not working. Knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient.

Matt did an amazing job. He installed recess lighting in my family room. The price was fair. He was punctual for the appointment and for the day of the work. Very clean, no signs of drywall dust from the five holes He made. I highly recommend Matt!

Knowledgeable, Fair, and Fixed Old Wiring the Right Way I've hired Matt Gotay for electrical work a couple of times now, most recently to install a ceiling fan at my dad's house. I had removed the old fan but found the wiring looked a bit outdated, so I was a little hesitant about putting in the new fan myself. Matt fixed the wiring and made sure everything was safe and up to code. Matt is my go-to electrician for anything I'm not comfortable doing myself. He's very knowledgeable and takes real pride in doing the job right. On top of that, his pricing is more than fair, which means a lot these days. It's rare to find someone this trustworthy and easy to have in your home. My dad was happy with the work, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Matt again for anything electrical. I had such a great experience working with Matthew from Tradework Electric. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He explained each step of the process clearly and made sure I understood all my options before moving forward. His knowledge and attention to detail gave me total confidence in the work, and his friendly personality made the whole experience even better. It’s not always easy to find someone you can fully trust in your home, but Matthew is definitely one of those people.
